I have a toner that I've been using for years, and that I really like, but it's pricey--plus I wanted to try something different for summer, so "refreshing" sounded great. And it is! I have tried different toners and never really considered them part of my skin routine _ more like cleansers _ until I tried this one. For my skin type, it is the best option as it is refreshing and stimulating, but very gentle and not overly aggressive.
