    AHA VS Cellulose VS BHA

    Hi Beauties,
Today, I would like to compare 3 special ingredients,
AHA, Cellulose, and BHA, contained in Bubble Toner, Peeling Gel, and Glow Serum.

AHA(Bubble Toner) VS Cellulose(Peeling Gel) VS BHA(Glow Serum)

    1. AHA
AHA is a water-soluble chemical exfoliator that acts on the skin’s surface.
Water-soluble means it dissolves in water easily. As a water-soluble ingredient,
it provides abundant moisture to the skin in addition to its role as an exfoliator.
It helps to improve the skin tone with its mild exfoliating effect, making the skin
soft and smooth. Water-soluble ingredients work on the outermost layer of the skin.
It exfoliates by loosening the layers between the dead stratum corneum and the new
skin just below it. However, due to the nature of the water-soluble ingredient,
it cannot penetrate into the underlying skin layer or pores.

    2. Cellulose
Plant-derived cellulose is a physical exfoliator extracted from cotton.
It gently removes dead skin cells and skin wastes as it clumps by being rolled on the skin.
It helps to instantly make the skin soft and smooth.
It is recommended to use on skin that is irritated by chemical ingredients such as AHA and BHA.

    3. BHA
BHA is a fat-soluble chemical exfoliator that acts on the skin’s surface and in the pores.
Fat-soluble means it is not dissolved well in water but is easily dissolved in oil. It has a soothing
effect, helps to calm irritated and sensitive skin, and helps with troubles by removing dead skin
cells from clogged pores. Like AHA, it helps to improve the skin tone making the skin texture
    smoother.

BHA, like AHA, works to exfoliate the surface of the skin by loosening the layers between the dead
stratum corneum and the new skin below it. What's different is that it penetrates deep into the pores
and removes dead skin cells and wastes from the pores thanks to the nature of the water-soluble
ingredient. It effectively removes old dead skin cells, sebum, and wastes that cover clogged pores.
